Updated: Feb 17, 2020
On January 22, 2020, Titan Global concluded a week long trip to Jakarta where we engaged with 10 Indonesian companies, 5 of which were State Owned Enterprises (SOEs), objective to help them to design a business and funding strategy to engage with the fast growing African market.
Beginning on January 15, 2020, we met with 10 companies - PT WIJAYA KARYA (Persero) Tbk. (WIKA), PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) (INKA), PT Len Industri (Persero), PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) (PTDI), PT Merpati Airlines (Persero) (MNA), PT Naga Putih Nusantara (NPN), PT Nabati Agro Sumatera (NAS), PT Widodo Makmur Unggas (WMU), PT LMP Property & Construction and PT Aero Bahteranusa Palapa (ABP).
All the meetings were highly constructive and we were very encouraged to experience a very enthusiastic staff from all the companies, from the rank and file to the executive committees, including the CEOs. Everyone was excited with the prospect of an Indonesian/Africa engagement, which would help them leapfrog not just its local competitors but also those in the region.
